Frequently Asked Questions

The program is designed for established heavy equipment dealerships that primarily serve contractors and rental companies and have an active sales operation for supported equipment.

Heavy equipment should be the primary part of your dealership's business. Businesses that primarily sell lawn, agricultural, attachments, trailers, or other products may not be a good fit, even if they carry some equipment models that Dirty Graphix supports.

Dealers can generate revenue from wrap sales and may also offer installation services for an additional revenue opportunity.

Yes. Display equipment is part of the Dealer Program requirements. Your dealership is expected to maintain two wrapped machines, with at least one displayed in a prominent, high-traffic location. Dealer pricing will apply to the purchased display wraps.

If a display machine is sold or can no longer serve as a display, the dealership is expected to replace it with another wrapped machine to maintain the program requirements.

No. Dirty Graphix wrap kits are produced on demand, so Dealers do not need to maintain an inventory of individual wrap kits.

Dealers can offer fully customized wraps for customers who want their own logos, colors, graphics, and branding, or they can sell equipment that is already professionally wrapped and displayed on their lot.

Dealers place wrap orders through the Dirty Graphix website while logged into their Dealer account. When placing an order, the sales repshould provide as much information as possible about the customer's desired design, but all customization details do not need to be finalized at the time of ordering.

Once the order is received, a Dirty Graphix designer will create a digital mockup and send it to the Dealer's sales rep. The Dealer then works directly with the customer to communicate any requested changes or revisions to our design team.

Nothing goes into production until the final design has been reviewed and approved.

Display wraps must be purchased through the standard checkout process when establishing your Dealer account. After the initial display wrap purchase is completed, your Dealer account will be placed on Net 30 terms for subsequent Dealer orders.

Yes. An active Dirty Graphix presence on the dealership's website is a requirement of the Dealer Program. We provide logos and other resources to make this easier.

Yes. Dirty Graphix may provide Dealer-specific branding assets for approved locations to use on their website and marketing materials.

Approved Dealers are listed on the Dirty Graphix website Dealer Locator, and there may be opportunities for Dealer projects, wrapped equipment, and customer builds to be featured through Dirty Graphix marketing and social media.

Yes. Each approved Dealer will receive a Welcome Kit with product information, sample materials, and promotional items such as hats and shirts. Dealers will also receive an indoor pop-up display banner to place alongside their primary wrapped display machine, as well as an outdoor banner identifying the dealership as an Authorized Dealer.

Marketing materials are provided after the dealership has purchased its two required display wraps and are intended to help your team showcase Dirty Graphix and introduce the product to customers.

Applications are reviewed individually based on dealership qualifications, location, market fit, and alignment with the Dealer Program. Please allow up to 10 business days for the review process.

If approved, you'll receive information about the next steps, including Dealer onboarding, training, account setup, and program resources.

We understand that circumstances can change, and there may be situations where an approved dealership needs a little additional time before getting started. If that happens, simply communicate with our team so we can determine the best path forward.

That said, the Dealer Program is intended for dealerships that are ready to actively participate and begin the onboarding process when approved. We encourage businesses that are still exploring the opportunity or aren't prepared to move forward to review the information on this page rather than submit an application.
