1. What makes DG Decals different from average decals or stickers?

DG Decals are built contractor-tough. Unlike average decals, they're made from high-quality, heavy-duty material designed to withstand tough jobsite conditions. Available in a wide range of sizes, DG Decals let you showcase your brand anywhere - from hard hats and toolboxes to equipment and everything in between.

3. What are DG Decals made of?

DG Decals are made from the same premium quality, ultra-adhesive material as our equipment wrap kits, and are 5x thicker than standard stickers or decals.

1. How do I place an order for DG Decals?

Follow these simple steps:

• Select "DECALS" from the main navigation menu.
• Upload your logo file (See below for accepted formats.)
• Enter the dimensions and click the ADD button.
• Adjust the quantity for how many you want to order in that size.
• If you would like to add additional sizes, repeat the last two steps.
• Choose which finish you would like (See below for descriptions of the different finishes.)
• Click the ADD TO CART button.

2. What types of image files are accepted?

Logo files should be no more than 15MB, and must be in one of the following formats:

• PDF (Portable Document Format)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator Document)
• PSD (Photoshop Document)
• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

Do not convert JPG/PNGs to any of the above formats. We will not be able to use them.

3. How are DG Decals cut?

DG Decals are contour cut to precisely follow the outline of your design. This is the ideal method for logos, resulting in a clean, professional look. See examples on our Decal page.

4. What is the difference between the different finish options?

• Gloss: Designed to amplify all colors for a striking, vibrant look. Its natural shine and reflections bring your graphics to life, ensuring a bold look that stands out.
• Matte: Enhance your brand with a sophisticated, professional finish. Matte finish gives a smooth, natural appearance that reduces reflections and mutes any shine.
• Chrome Gloss: This eye-catching finish gives a flashy, mirror-like appearance that reflects light and enhances colors with metallic brilliance.
• Chrome Matte: A more refined, mirror-like look without overwhelming shine. It provides that sought-after metallic appearance in a more muted, sophisticated style.
• Prismatic: Catching the light from every angle, this stunning option creates a striking shimmer with multi-colored flakes embedded into the wrap.
• Reflective: Designed to enhance visibility and safety in low-light or dark conditions.

1. Where can DG Decals be shipped to?

Decals can be shipped worldwide. Please note that Dirty Graphix is not responsible for any international import taxes or duty fees. We cannot ensure international orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

2. How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping varies based on the weight of your order and your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. How long does it take to receive my order after it has been placed?

On average, you can expect to receive your decals within 7-10 business days.

1. How do I apply DG Decals?

Decals will arrive individually cut out. Simply remove the backing and place the decal on your desired surface.

Tips:

• For larger decals, it's recommended to start with one corner/side and slowly adhere it by pressing down, smoothing it out as you go. A felt-edge squeegee can help with this.
• When satisfied with your placement, use a heat gun (on heat-tolerant surfaces only) to fully secure the adhesive.

2. Do I need to prep the surface before putting on DG Decals?

Make sure the surface is clean and dry. Remove any dirt, grease, dust, etc. with alcohol or Windex.

3. What types of surfaces can I apply DG Decals to?

Decals can be applied to any hard, clean, non-porous surface. (We do NOT recommend applying decals to sheetrock unless you are certain you won't want to remove them.)

4. How do I remove DG Decals?

Decals can be removed by peeling them off. Warming the surface where the decal is located can make this process easier.

5. Will removing the decals damage the surface beneath them?

In most cases, no. However, like any decal or sticker, there is the possibility that adhesive residue will remain on the surface, or the surface may be slightly altered, especially if it was originally poorly painted or treated.

6. What if I mess up the placement?

While DG Decals are extremely sticky, they are also pretty forgiving. If you mess up the placement, you can peel it up and replace it without impacting the integrity of the adhesive. Note that once you use heat, placement does become "permanent", and adjustments will be hard to make.

2. Can I return the DG Decals I ordered?

We do not accept returns. We are a print-on-demand company. If the return request is due to a mistake on our part, please contact us at the options listed above, and we will make it right. We will need pictures showing the issue.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been sent to production. The time between placing your order and the start of production does vary, and it's highly recommended to contact us within 24 hours.

4. Are my decals covered under warranty?

DG Decals do NOT come with a warranty. They are designed for durability to withstand rugged conditions, but they are expected to accrue normal wear and tear over time. Also, Dirty Graphix is not liable for improper installation. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your decals upon receiving them and before applying. Should you find a printing defect, please contact us immediately. We will need pictures detailing the issue.
