Shipping policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund if design work has not yet started.

If a designer has already started your mockup, canceled orders will be refunded minus a $250 design/mockup fee for stock designs and $450 for custom one-off designs.

Orders cannot be refunded after 45 days from the order date. If an order is canceled after 45 days, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit must be used toward a wrap kit and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for other merchandise.

Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within one year of issue date.
